yeah on your map a good ways south of flotsam, against the south embankment sort of thing, there is a path up the embankment to an old disused hospital. there is a merchant standing out the front but you won't be able to see him well from below the embankment.

malena is standing around in a corner outside the hospital, go up the path and do a sort of right hook turn.

i spared her. Figured it might give me some bargaining power with Iorveth should it come to that. I guess we'll wait and see :)
