I am in Flotsom atm. and i see only 2 kind's of weather sunny/clear or heavy rain. That's kind a ridiculous when it's raining heavily , i enter tavern for a second , then go out again and it's sunny all of a sudden and vice versa O_o

true thing, weather changes itself just TOO FAST, also there is very fast shift of lighting between some areas. CDP need to smooth this thing, make it slower and more realistic.
