I just went and got a rose of remembrance with Triss, had a "swim," Roche broke in, I chatted with him and selected the "Let's Go" option and I end up in water, somewhere northeast of Flotsam, and I appear to be glitched. I try to move around, but I'm stuck in this one spot, unable to do anything. Exit game, reload, same deal. I'm thinking my only option is to go to my last save before this quest or something.

Sadly this is the case. Happened to me in Vergen. You'll get there later. Bloody sucks. Just reload and remember to keep loads of backups.

I had something similar happen after killing the Kayren. I save quite frequently.

Ok, I went back a couple of saves, chose a few different dialogue options just to see, but it didn't glitch teleport on me. The dialogue options probably didn't do it, but it's fixed.
