Apparently I'm entitled to the free bonus DLC "Troll Trouble"
But for that I need a code!
It's not in my order summary (although I do get 3 bonus code from having paid an Australian premium!)

No you don't. That's where you type in your pre-order bonus codes. You just need to click download.
