I'm trying to find surgical tools so that I can get the blade shard out of the corpse's arm for the succubus quest. Where can I get them?

You can buy it from vendor NPC in town.

Somehow I managed to miss that sidequest completely :( (Just started chapter 3)

I've gone to every vendor I could find and they didnt have it. But there is this vendor on my map, outside of the inn, but there is no NPC there when I go to it. I've tried waiting still doesn't show up.

EDIT: Nevermind. Found it on the vendor I bought a surgical book from, but I had to set it to the quest item category to see it.

Did you check all the crafters? They sell items too after all.

Turned out I had missed it on this one vendor. I had to set her wares to show quest items to see it.
