So i don't get what i missed, but..
Ive gathered the Immortale, ive gotten the magic item (not the dream though, which is supposed to be a followup to this one), ive got the Dun Banner Standard and ive got the Scarf of whatever it was from the trolls. Whenever i talk to Stennis, he tells me to get out because i offended him somehow... As you can see, ive tried to read followups of quests etc BECAUSE i have no idea where to go from here..

Whenever i try to enter philippa eilharts house theres 2 guards there, and.. well, im not sure how to progress further into the story.. what am i supposed to do now?

2 guards in front of Philippa's house ? Sounds to me like you're to the wrong house.

Philipa's house is in the same part of the town as the blacksmith.You need to talk to her before you go to see Stennis.
