So i have 3 of the 4 ingredients and I need "a source of the Power". But I already went to the mage tower got the crystal, talked to cecil, went to the harpy lair, got the dream crystals. Now I'm stuck and don't know where to go or what to do. I've been running around Vergen for hours.

Can anyone tell me what I'm not doing/doing wrong?

Did you watch the dream crystals and that way find out which of the dreams is the most powerful one?

Yes, I should have mentioned. I watched them for Baltimore's then went to the room bythe ship. I think this is where the road went cold..

You need to watch the correct dream for that quest. Baltimore's Nightmare is another quest entirely, and unrelated to the source of power. The correct dream is the dream of a dragon. Simply go back to the harpy queen's lair and search for the right one, if you missed it initially. You should be able to view them all again too if neccessary.

AH. Thank you, back to the harpy lair then! I kept thinking a dragon's dream was actually the bomb Dragon's Dream. I feel dumb. I was so confused here.

I kept searching about the interwebs for someone who had the similar problem, but i seem to be the only one. I never usually have to post like this.

In my game, the royal blood request (provided you didn't simply get it from the brat rotting in jail) came up only after I handed over all the other components.

that might have been the case, i know i got it after the dragon dream, you still have to go through the mists anyway to get the figurine ? or maybe that dosent happen if you get it from the prince instead of hesalt ....i went with the other cross road option in my 2nd playthrough so not explored all options yet :D
