TW2 bought from GOG are the same version.
Au version is only for retail and apparently all the physical copies are snuck in and TW2 has still not been approved by MDA to be sold in Singapore

I'm not 100% on how it works because it never affected me, but something about your account location affects which version you get. A number of people who didn't change the setting before purchasing ended up with an edited copy. As far as I know it only affected people living in Australia and New Zealand, but I don't know enough about Singapore to make a call on which version OP ended up with.

Not that it's a big deal, since the edited content will be patched back in at some point.
