Hello, I'm fighting the kayran and I seem to have an issue with the QTE. I have cut 3 of the 4 tentacles, and a QTE should appear whenever one of the middle tentacles tries to sweep me... but it doesn't. In fact, I saw the QTE once in an early attempt, but it doesn't appears anymore whatever I do.

What's wrong ? Is it a known problem ? Must I do something special to make this QTE appear ? Thanks for you help.
