I ordered my copy of The Witcher II and thought that it came with the soundtrack, game guide and a few other things. Steam's version appears to include that but I didn't get these with my download. Was I incorrect in my understanding that these items would come with it when ordering the game pre-release? I bought my copy thru Gog, by the way.
