I bought this game from GOG the day before release as it was cheaper than steam. Now i must have downloaded it using the gog downloader at least 5 times.. Every time i will get a corrupt file error (after re downloading it for the 2nd time i just skip this check) and every time i install it i have no launcher.exe so the game is unplayable.. What can i do! Wishing i went with steam right now never had problems like this..

Have you tried downloading your files individually through a browser instead of the GOG downloader?

EDIT: I don't know if this works, but if it's only the launcher file you're missing, navigate to the "bin" folder and try the .exe file "witcher2.exe"
No idea if you're missing more files than just the launcher though, so that may not work.
But I'd try downloading the individual parts. Also contact GOG support.

Good luck.

Aha, I see. I thought it was only the launcher.exe you were missing.
do you know which bin is corrupt? you can download each separately

I have no idea im afraid i just dont have the launcher.exe or witcher2.exe in my installation. I have tried to view the contents of the bin folders but when i try to open one using isobuster it says 'no file-systems nor files or folders could be found'.

best re download it all then unfortunately
If it's just the executables that are missing, it could be because of your Firewall/AV. TW2's installation differs from other GOG installation in that it runs some sort of "autopatcher" at the end that seems to extract the exe files.

My firewall (free version of Online Armor) would block that autopatcher without asking me if I wanted to or giving me any sort of warning. Finally managed to install the game properly when I disabled program control on my firewall (re-enabled it right after the installation of course).
