I`m guessing but on Iorveth branch once coming through the fog you get two choices on how to sneak into the camp, one is cliffs on the way to the visionary(my choice), the other is to talk to the whores. My thoughts was that the whores would give you a key to that door when I encountered it in Roche play through.
