You know when you go down into the dwarven mines, well it says left click to blow up I click and geralt just says "ive got to blow this up" do I need some special bomb found in another room or something?

Grapeshot bombs. Very easy to make. Nothing special about them.

I don't know where to get the Beehive bomb recipe. People say Cedric, but I don't see it.

My mistake for confusing you. They're actually grapeshot bombs.

Use the grapeshot bomb. The game guide that came with our downloads from GOG incorrectly calls it a beehive bomb. I think it's just a bad translation, or the guide is for an earlier version of the game and wasn't updated fully
