Basically as you'd expect. A graphical glitch where everything is just completely entrenched in fog. This only started when I loaded up the game today, and all other prvious launches have been fine. Also, due to this odd fog, all structures can only be seen in silhouttes expect for their windows which hover in mid air rather clearly against the fog. Everything works as should, but it's simply all obscured due to this odd glitch. Anyone else having a similar issue?
Nope. Maybe it is a fog that has set in. Try Mediatating for 24 hrs and see if it clears up.
Wasn't fogging when I last saved, and it keeps happening every time I load back in. And meditating doesn't work.

It was a thought as it does rain from time to time. I haven't run into that.
do you have a Ati card and changed anything in the catalyst control panel ?
if you have, reset settings in ccc to default
I'm Running a Sapphire Flex HD5770, but all I change is raised the GPU spedd and Memory speed some, but as I said, I haven't run into thay anomalie, if in fact that is what it is.
I changed some settings in my ATi CCC and it did the same, but when I reverted what I had done it was fine again. I think I was messing with the anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering. I switched it off allowing the applications choose the settings. I hope that helps.

Then drop those back to default values, because my first guess is you've done a very poor overclock.

It wasn't a major OC. 850 on the GPU and 1200 on the memory. I haven't experienced any problems with the game as yet, expect for some drop in frame rates a times, but not too bad and still playable. I've had a whole lot worse with other games.
