If was wondering if the text "Hospital files III" can be found during the Claws of Madness quest. I have 1, 2 and 4 so far.

I'm starting to think so as well. I've been searching the area for a while but didn't find anything yet.

Edit: checked again after reading slophlong; I have it too.

I have #3, will post the text from it if you guys want. I'm pretty sure I got it from killing the ghost, I was being lazy and didn't feel like going to town so I gave him Nekker eyes and he attacked me.

I have hospital files III and I turned the two guys over to the ghost so I don't think you got it from him.

Hmmm...I dunno then. Must be hidden in a side room or something.

Perhaps it was in the secret room? I remember destroying a wall with Aard and finding a body + loot...

Ah yeah, that must've been it. There are quite a few hidden rooms you need to watch out for.

yea i think theres a bug, i have 2 number 4's as well the ghost dropped a seciond number 4 after i killed him.

I think I found 3 at the beginning of the dungeon. I lured those bastards to ghost too.. Mwhahah
