A half-days worth of downloads seem to amount to less than a third of the game (good lord this is a slow download, I've had games twice this size download in a third of the time) and a complete lack of e-mail contact basically tells me that despite clicking "preorder" months back I either wasn't allowed to place an order for the game and wasn't informed of such limitations, or I WAS allowed but the button was broken and I wasn't informed of that fact and thus have missed out on the preorder bonuses.

Not that I mind particularly about missing the pre-order stuff but I really REALLY hope this is worth it 'cause I've been looking forward to this for a while.

Considering I downloaded all 9.6 GBs in less than an hour, I have some reservations about your implication that it's GoG's fault your download is so slow. *shrug*

I'd also wonder why you're whining about a preorder if you're only downloading right now, five days after it was released. *double shrug*

I have to agree with Revial, maybe there's an issue on your end - mine downloaded extremely quickly (much quicker than any Steam download I've ever had, and I've had around 50 of those) - mine took around an hour as well.
