Just installed the game and the colors are totally off. I see geralt running I think and then some conversation in a dungeon but all I can see is Geralts eyes and just slightly. Everything else is a huge blur.

Got the ATI 5870 singlecard and can't find others with the same problem.

That's not a color problem... that's worse can't find a name for it.
install latest drivers, use driver sweeper, and clean your GPU.

Turn off anything related to AA in your drivers, only use the game's launcher options for such.

What drive sweep did you use? I have the exact same problem
Driver sweeper 3.0 and then I reinstalled ATI 11.5 and removed TW2 and reinstalled that as well.
