Possible spoilers below for CH2.

So I'm in the mines after I met Saskia the dragon slayer. She gave me her sword so I can lift the blood curse however I need to get into Verden to get the spear tip. I killed the large beast in the mines that I met her in and took the key off a dwarfish body labeled "catacomb key". The door behind where Saskia stood however is still locked and I dont know how to get into Verden. Is it a glitch or am I being a noob?

The "Catacomb" key opens up a different passage that leads to a chest with a pair of mediocre trousers, iirc.

For the spear, you need to go back all the way to Vergen's gates, where Zoltan left.
