I got my copy from GameStop, and I installed it... with much difficulty. I thought my issues were over, so I go to put in my dlc code and, lo-and-behold, it says "invalid cd key". I've tried the cd key several times and it doesnt work. Its the merchant dlc. Can anyone help me please?

No one else is having this issue or even knows how to solve it?

My " Mysterious Merchant Pack " from the CE worked but the " Roche Commando Jacket " Code came back with an Invalid CD Key popup. I sent in a Support ticket and I'm awaiting a reply.

P.S. The " Troll Quest " downloaded and installed okay too ?? go figure ?

I sent in my support ticket over 24 hours ago and still nothing. And what's this troll quest dlc thing? How do I get that? O.o

It should show up in your Launcher - Downloadable Content window when you are a registered user. Download and install like all the other DLC.

I'm a registered user but... it's not showing up. All I have is the option for Polish voice overs and subtitles.

Hey guys, I preordered Witcher 2 from Amazon.com and they never sent me the code for the preorder DLC "Ultimate Swordsman Suit" so I contacted them. They then sent me a code in this format XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX which is 16 characters.. however, I think the max for DLC codes is 10 characters. Is this code in the right format? Did they send me an invalid code? It will not work no matter what I do. Thanks!

my dlc code was 10 letters/numbers long also and was in the XXXXXXXXXX format. CDP still hasnt responded to my email though.... I think it might be because I complimented them before stating my issue, which means that whoever skimmed it probably skipped over it :/

Sorry, can you tell me how to get the "Mysterious Merchant Pack" and "Roche Commando Jacket" downloads? I bought the game on GOG and all DLCs are supposed to be free, however I've only seen Troll Trouble as a viable download...

Oh, I can also get English voice-overs and text?? I already installed the game in English and it's taking up 17GB, someone remind me why do I need to download the English audio+text again!

You dont have to download the english packs unless you installed a non-english version. Also, you only get the DLC's for your rerspective vendor (you don't get them all). I believe you should have only "troll trouble" and "Vernon Roache commano jacket" , all the others were for other editions/retailers...

So not all DLCs are free after all lol.

hey dont worry.i'm havin hte same issues.first of all my cd key did'nt work at all.a quick ticket and i got game working.however.my pre order bonus code dos'nt work.i keep getting invalid cdkey.also i cant see let alone download troll trouble.

i've managed to play for a couple of hours for about 10 mins at a time.the game crashes at weird points.sometimes when you start to converse or ask to have items crafted.sometimes when your doing nothing at all.

i'm really hoping that the patch sorts out what looks like a really good game :)
