Hi all,

I seem to have hit a bit of a bug. The Death Symbolized quest, when you have to go get the Dun Banner Standard, I am unable to complete it. While I was out exploring the catacombs in another quest (the succubus one), he appeared, and because I didn't want to fight him or guess the answers (because I didn't know them) I cancelled the convo. I then went on searching the bodies in his tomb for goodies, and some other wraiths spawned. These started fighting the Dun Banner veteran wraith, and killed him. Now he doesn't reappear - meaning I can't complete the quest. I really don't want to go back to an earlier save, looking at lots of completed quests between then and now.

I am unable to 'take' anything from the sarcophagus, as it doesn't give me the option to.

Hmmm... could it be that you are simply standing in the wrong spot to "take" from the sarcophagus? Try standing at the end of it, not on the long side.

And the Wraith shouldn't re-appear.

Unfortunately, I've ran around the sarcophagus with no luck (nothing appears), about 100 or so times.

I think the issue is the game doesn't know that he's dead because I didn't kill him - the AI wraiths did. And so wont allow me to progress. Which is a bit silly, because they're both wraiths and they shouldn't be attacking each other in the first place.

I've tried my hand at modding, to have the Standard spawn on a shop vendor, but, when I purchase it it doesn't give a 'Quest Complete' (I tried with the Commander's sword by accident, and that completed the Hatred Symbolized quest).

If I could find where the information is kept about what quests are complete and what aren't and just edit that, I might be able to get around it - but without knowing that, I'm up a certain creek without a certain paddle
