Hello, i cant find the Merchant that should be offering a price for killing the Kayran. Could someone please describe the place hes at or make a screenshot on the map? That would be very helpful, thank you!

Also the position on the game guide included in the gog-Version of the game is not realy helping me out here, since my eyes are pretty bad.

Edit: And i'm wondering why the quest text says: Get the herbs OR talk to the mage and negotiate a price for killing the Kayran. Is there a choice or is that a bad translation from the german version? Thanks.

He usually hangs around between the docks and the butcher, in the cargo area there.

If you know the guy that screams that your Witcher is pursuing him, he's usually around there. Might not be there at night, mind you.

There should be a green dot on your mini-map representing him, if you get close.

Do you remember when you entered Flotsam in the beginning of the Act? As you pass between two buildings to enter the town? There's an NPC simply called "Merchant" who is generally inspecting the many crates and barrels there, if he's not taking a break and leaning against one of the posts.
