The Henchman from NWN I recruited her and talked to her to say we're seperating because I want to solo for a bit, but when I came back recruit her again I can't find her at that bar or temple and those are the only places I've looked.

Hmm I don't really remember I think it was at the temple when I used the recalled stone or the peninsula district.

It's been a long time since I played the OC, but if memory serves, the henchmen stay where you dismiss them, so she's probably standing wherever it was you left her.
