Okay, when I load the game up I can't click any of the menu options. The mouse point moves around but isn't let me select anything. I am running windows 10.

1) This has happened to me before and ALT+TAB out and then back into the game.

2) This has happened to me before and it was an issue with resolution and full screen/window. I can't remember how I got it to work. See if you can find an ini somewhere with screen resolution and set it to your native resolultion.

Rarely this happens to me and I solve it with doing ALT-TAB and then go back to the game.

I have tried ALT-Tab, but it doesn't fix the problem.

Just click through the Bioware and Floodgate videos at the start.
Oh, and this always forces the vid with the minotaur to play for me.
