noejamis: I did everything as I was supposed to, sent away for the CD key, then entered the new one in. Then i went back and tried to run the reinstaller. And it crashed. "has stopped working"

So, I contacted tech support. Their advice was to completely uninstall and then reinstall the entire game, swap out the CD key, and try again. So I did.... same result.

I am running Vista (which might be the problem)... anyone come across this issue? Is there a fix/am I missing something? Grr...
