Seems every time I complete the second City Watch quest where you take care of Caleb an NPC , Trent Vendall, appears blocking any further progress in that quest chain because Marshal Cormick becomes un-interactive. Ive tried reinstalling. I've tried a few new runs throughs using different character classes. I even imported a save off a different PC that was still at Fort lock and played through to that point only to have the same bug occur. Trent Vendall is the drunk whom you stop loitering over near Moira's house. When he appears in the city watch building, you can get some of his dialog then he stops responding. Ideas anyone?
