Companion "hops" around. Glitches into my character. Runs in place.

I do have a video of this issue...if I can post it.

Seems only to happen with either Qara or Sand.

When I take control of the character, I can do nothing but "hop" from point A to point B. Cannot even open quick cast menu.

Tried the following:

Uninstall and reinstalled the game
Removed MODs
Verified the Game

Started a game and it seemed to be fine. Then after leaving the Temple of Tyr challenge, Sand started having this glitch. Tried everything I could think of to fix it. Ended up getting so frustrated I started a new game.

On my new play-through, we just completed, "The Dwarven Scouts" and now Qara is acting all screwy.

So, I am asking for some help here please.
