People complain all the time about how buggy NWN2 is, but I can't seem to find any mention of the particular problems *I'm* having with the game. So maybe it's just that I'm overlooking a command or something? Does anyone know any way to fix the following problems?
1) Most of the time, if I want to heal someone, I click on the spell I want to cast on the hotbar, and then it gives me the little spell-casting tooltip, and I use that to click on the person I want to heal. Yay! But sometimes, when I click on the spell I want to cast on the hotbar, it just automatically casts it on some random member of the party. And I can't figure out how to get it not to do that. Quitting and rebooting the game resolves the problem, but that gets annoying.
2) Sometimes, I can't transfer items to a particular person in my party. Getting closer doesn't help. The problem comes and goes with no apparent rhyme or reason. I have ended up dealing with it by just dropping the stuff near the person, but because I have all my characters set to auto-pickup items, that usually takes several tries before it gets into the right person's inventory.
3) I got the leadership feat, but it will still only let me have 4 people in my party. I did figure out how to get around this problem using the console, so it basically doesn't matter...but this is a bug, right? Is there anything I'm missing that I'd need to do to make the feat actually work?
4) Is there any way to control which direction you're facing in strategy mode? At first I thought they had a specific orientation assigned for each area for strategy mode. But then, when I was halfway through the warehouse, the direction I was facing *changed* by like 110 degrees, after a cutscene or something like that. I couldn't figure out any way to change it back. This was incredibly confusing; it made it almost impossible to recognize which parts of the warehouse I'd been to before and which parts I hadn't. The list of commands for strategy mode says you can rotate the camera using the arrow keys, but that's not true--the arrow keys pan the camera, they don't rotate it.
This game is driving me crazy!
