Hello,
I have in my library Neverwinter Nights Diamond edition.
I have a question, if I want to buy and play in DLC Tyrants of Moonsea it work on my basic game? Because there is written if I want play in DLC I need Neverwinter Nights: Enchanced Edition. But I have Diamond edition.

So, will it work on my basic game or I need to buy enchanced edition??

And the same question for all other DLC which needs Enchance edition to play like Darkness Over Daggerford

I think you will need the Enchanced edition. My Darkness Over Daggerford only appears in my Enchanced Edition
Not my Diamond Edition

Unfortunately, Allen96Ayen is right, these two official DLC will only work with the Enhanced Edition. You can download and play the free old versions of them with your NWN Diamond; the stories are complete, but they lack the new additional content of the DLCs:

Darkness Over Daggerford
AL3: Tyrants of the Moonsea
