Rick_Sirocco: I'm a wizard and cannot shoot the crossbow. I've won 3 of the 4 tournaments and I gave the crossbow and bolts to one of my part members. I initiate the crossbow contest and am successful at hitting the practice target. I return and talk with the crossbow tourney judge who tells me to shot the bottles. When I go to shoot the bottles I get the msg "out of ammo" when I try and shoot. I tried a few times with no success and reloaded my save game but still could not shoot. Any help would be appreciated. Playing on Windows 7 Pro 64.

It's been a while since I did the tutorial, but can't you get the bolts and crossbow back from your companion?
If you really want to win the tourney, you could use the console to give yourself the items.
open the console with the tilde key ~ and allow commands by typing "DebugMode 1" (without parentheses).
Click on your character to select him/her and type giveitem nw_wambo001 for the bolts and giveitem nw_wbwxl001 for the crossbow.
And then DebugMode 0 to close the console.
Edit: I just run through the archery comp as a default settings wizard and got 10 out of 10.
remember you have to equip the bolts, as well as the crossbow.
