I want to install both the OC and Motb makeover mods, but cant find the exact folders to install the content too (campaign folder and UI folder).

This answer is incorrect. The Makeover mods are specifically designed to modify the OC and MotB campaigns in the game installation folder, not the Documents folder. On GOG that would be insides your GOG Games > NWN2 Complete folder.

No problem. I know my mods are a little unique in this regard and I haven't been watching the NWN2 forums lately and so didn't respond. Someone once told me that they installed them in the override folder and hadn't had any problems, but they were not written to work that way and I never tested them that way.

What do these mods do and can anyone be kind enough with providing me with a link?

The OC Makeover and MotB Makeover add SoZ like functionality including the party editor to the OC and MotB along with other enhancements. This requires that you have SoZ as well, which should not be a problem if you are using GOG NWN2 Complete.
