were do i insert the NWN 2 cd-key ??

In your Neverwinter Nights 2 installation folder, there should be a file called nwncdkey.ini, open that and replace the cd-keys listed there with the cd-keys in your GoG game library, keep them the same order.

There is also a CD-Key changer, I'm pretty sure that you are able to access from the start menu, possibly under GOG > Neverwinter Nights 2.
