Is the download version from GoG updated to 1.69?

Does it include the CEP or anything from community content?

I'm thinking about buying it so I don't have to worry about my old disks anymore when I decide to go back to playing NWN.

It is updated to 1.69. Doesn't include anything else besides expansions and Kingmaker.
