另一个账号一直登录不上，客服反馈只有机器人回复消息，客服从来没理过CDPR都没人管的吗？

没一点用，买了几个游戏都还没玩登不上去客服不处理，只能开小号过来求助，询问，好多天了都没人理一下

你是指没法在GOG的客户端GALAXY上登录吗？如果能在网页浏览器上登录的话同样能下载已购买游戏的离线安装程序。
