Hello, your customer service named Erendili mistakenly deleted my account (account binding email: zhh2000522@163.com, in which I made many in-app purchases and spent lot of time playing).

In the process of our dialogue, a previous support ticket submitted by me ( #1073229), I want to retrieve an old account I used before. In the reply to him, I explicitly request to retrieve an old account I used before and connect it with the email address zhh2000522@gmail.com, but the stuff named Erendili mistakenly deleted the account connect with zhh2000522@163.com which i am using now. The new account has been cancelled, Now my account displayed user not found status, and the old account still can't log in.
