Hello,
Since a few days, on MacOS, in games the "single left click" on a mouse works no more.
To do a single left click I have to :
- double click
or
- press CMD+click
This happens when the games are launched via GOG Galaxy. If there are launched directly, there is no issue.

This happens in the games :
- Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous
- Baldur's Gate 2 - Enhanced Editions
(I have not tried other games but that may be the same).

I am on
- MacBook Pro M1max
- MacOS Ventura 13.4
- GOG Galaxy 2.0.71
