Has anyone had to deal with stupid bastards at all? It amazes me how they have screwed up every delivery they have been sent to deliver. A delivery company who puts your £150 purchase IN your bin, on bin day so they don't have to return later.

It really makes you wonder why these companies use them. So anyone got any Yodel horror stories?!
I'm sorry but that is so brilliantly bad. You seriously should have got a refund.

What company was it that used them?
Ive had dealings with Yodel but no issues, UPS on the other hand lost a parcel I had ordered and after 3 months delivered it after I had cancelled the order had a refund and physically went to the shop to get it.

That was Amazon first class delivery believe it or not. Stupid c**ts didn't even knock and the only reason I thought to look out the door was because I saw them leaving the building. The thing is when I opened the door, I found a hand drawn note on a sticky, with 50% of the words misspelt saying they left it in the box, I got to the box, picked up the parcel just as the recycling truck arrives to empty it.

Talk about a close call. I also received a very large book (Hellboy Volume 1) with the box completely soaked, opened it up to find the book had been opened and the pages all stuck together.

They are incredible, they really are.
Yeah - had plenty problems with them. Thankfully the guy who delivers around here is regular now so it's much better.

What's bin day? Is that when they collect trash from the bins?

Yeah basically. Or at least they do their best to look like they're doing it. Usually spilling it all over the street.

I thought that's what you meant, but that kind of blew my mind because that's not just bad, that's so epically bad that it deserves to be chronicled in an anthem by Rush.

It's not getting good scores.
Maybe you should contact Amazon for them not to use yodel anymore?
They have made out they have tried to deliver items, and said they posted a contact card because I wasn't in. That's on days I have been in all day, and they never had posted any contact card.

I have had this on a couple of occasions as well. It's almost like they're trying to insult your intelligence. I stood and watched as a driver wrote a slip out in his car before he even knocked on my door.
ROFL :D There's a company called Yodel? What did you expect ... still ROFL

(author's note) Maybe not so funny if you aren't German (author's note end)

We're familiar with that in the English speaking world, there's a good chance that the company was named after it.
C'mon, that's like naming my company Watschentanz. ;-)
