Grog: Seriously guys (and gals), buy this one.
I got it for 20 dollars when it came out and it was worth every cent, for 5 euros it's a bargain!
One of the best games i played last year. Go get it!

Coelocanth: Agreed. Great little game and I actually find myself replaying sections of it every now and then, just to see if I can do it better/faster. Well worth the 20 bucks and more than worth a measly 5.
I already have it for Wii, but I went ahead and bought it again because I love it that much.
Played the demo when this first came out and really was not all that impressed with it given the price tag and my doubt that I'd ever actually get very far in it. But at this price? I'm sold.
I've been trying to cut down on steam purchases (So I don't have everything tied to the one platform). But I'll grab this one.
I just played the demo and after a few levels got frustrated to the point of not wanting to continue. I want a real casual game, one I don't have to think about.
I already have it, so... whatever. Still an excellent game.
I'm prob going to buy it, but I need to deposit some money in my account, I only have $4.79 in there :( The problem is that I am, going to Puerto Rico tomorrow morning early (6am) and I don't know if I'll get to hit a bank before I leave. Over there I'm pretty sure we're going to be in the middle of nowhere, oh well, hopefully I do, I'd love to get this game.
WOOHOOO! I just remembered that I got some cashback from buying an item on Ebay through the Microsoft Live search with that offer they had last year and I got $5.50 on my PayPal account, it looks like I actually will be enjoying World of Goo! AWESOME!
(If you couldn't tell, I got a little bit carried there, I am just pretty pumped, and dreading having to be up in 4 hours)

Damn Steam I want to buy it but I must have a money for Empire: Total War now. So sad I must make a choice.
FIVE DOLLAR FOOT LOOOOOOOOOONG!! (most accurate description of WoG I could muster)

JudasIscariot: It is a nice game but just not for me. Perhaps it is the focus on just one type of puzzle or maybe I am just wired to enjoy puzzles that are not physics puzzles. It is a good game for those who like puzzles of a more abstract nature, but I just couldn't get into it after a while.

Er.... its physics based... thats the whole point. isn't it? *confused*

Really? I thought it was the best game released last year. It has more charm in its artwork and music than almost any game i've ever played, plus lots of in-jokes, plus clever puzzles.
I don't remember any of the puzzles in the demo being very hard? Infact my only real complaint is that its not really ever very hard. Its almost like one long tutorial, as the signs always give you hints, and the different gooballs are introduced slowly.
(plus it has the timebugs to go back in time and undo your moves) .
Its easily worth $30, so at $5 its a steal.

Yep, this is a quality game. Well worth the full price they were asking, and for five dollars (or the slightly more expensive five euros), you can't really go wrong with it.
I got stuck on the level that requires you to build a tower with two supports on each sides. and I kept effin' it up so..
Ok seriously that's the last time I bought a game off Steam outside weekend deals. Bought it half a week ago for full price, when I saw it in the morning yesterday had a major FUCK(!!!oneoneone) moment.
Great game though.

I decided this long ago, although I make some exceptions (i.e. Valve titles, games under $5).
