I am having a problem with an order I made two days ago. I ordered a copy of a game and was charged, but the game isnt on my page for download, nor did I get a receipt for it.
I have sent 2 emails to support but I have yet to hear back from them. I am just wondering if anyone can tell me if those guys are here somewhere, and if they can look into my situation.

Response are based on work-days (Monday to Friday), if you sent a request off on the weekend, it's going to add extra time. If you don't hear anything by the end of the week, try them again.
Check your support page to see if there is a ticket listed. You can use these to track what is happening and support/staff replies.
