I played a lot of those back in the day, but I forgot about this one and I really wanted to replay it, but it's going to be hard when I don't even remember its name...

I distinctly remember a part that took place in some Caribbean location, in a mental clinic or prison, in which you had to find a guy that was on a beach all wrapped up in a sheet. We had to fool a nurse in order to access the cells, there was a fan on the ceiling and a painter outside the walls, I vaguely recall a puzzle involving a parrot (?) and something to do with records playing, and weights.

It's also possible I'm confusing the whole thing and throwing pieces of Sanitarium, Syberia and Secret Files: Tunguska into the mix, therefore remembering a game that doesn't exist. Is it SF: Tunguska? It's been a while since I played that one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

[EDIT] sorry for the typo on the title... obviously, it should read "What's this point-and-click adventure game?"

Yeah, that's SF:Tunguska, that bit you described plays out in an asylum in Cuba.
You might be throwing in some additional stuff, but tricking a nurse in a Caribbean location (Cuba), a record, weights, a parrot and a painter is definitely from Secret Files: Tunguska.
Thank you both for answering this quick! Unfortunately, I can only mark one post as solution, so I went with my compatriot Namur's, just because it showed up first.

Yeah, I had a feeling it was Secret Files: Tunguska, just wasn't sure.
