i occasionally go to amazon and pick up 4-6 $2 games at a time. it's amazilng what you can find there, last time it was armed and dangerous (awesome throwback to giants:ck!) world in conflict, scrapland and i had to go for the $20 battlefield 2 complete pack
4, during the spring promo (painkiller + redneck rampage and giants + sacrifice)
On GOG? 4, during the spring promo: sacrifice+giants and toca3+screamer
Otherwise? 5, I think, though I cannot remember what they were
5 on gog: the Redneck Rampage series and the 2 Broken Swords games
Retail: 10 in a 10 in 1 pack which I bought for 1 or 2 games in it. It costed me around € 36. I was able to sell to sell 3 games for half of the package price, so it didn't cost me too much.
At retail, about six at one go a few months back, got suckered in by 2 for £15 and 3 for £10 offers as well as the C+C first Decade pack at the same time.
On GOG, probably back at the Christmas promo or some such, about 5 - 6 in the space of 2 days.

One. I never buy more then a single game at a time unless they have a package deal like Descent 1 and 2 which is still marked as one game.
GOG, 3. (Fallout pack)
Retail.. Not many, unless you count every title in a compilation, at which point it's like 15 (the 15 year pack from Interplay)
I've bought 2 on here at the same time, but not any more.
I've stopped buying things at retail a long time ago, I just bid for things on ebay now to try and save some money. Unless I find something in a bargain bin which is a steal.
Now that I think about it, I did buy 4 copies of Enclave back when a seller had them at 20 - 50 pence. Looks like the recession has even hit global Enclave prices as its sixty times that price now.
If you were wondering, I got 4 copies after I bought one from a bargain bin at £5 and found out that it was the best hack and slash I've ever encountered. I gave the lot away as presents.
You really can't fault Starbreeze, they make some awesome games and the sound track is amazing too. I don't know where you can get it from, as I had to rip it from the game files, but if you can find it I would highly recommend it.

13 on Steam at once. Over their Year End sale. It actually only set me back $32.
At GOG only 3, and it was the Fallout Pack.
Retail I've bought 6 at once. One was a collection of 5 games.
7. :)
Besides GOG (where I bought Simon the Sorcerer's pack), Prince of Persia Collection with DOS Pop & PoP 2 on a CD-ROM :-P
Sooner or later I'll start harvesting some of those crazy vidgames lots on the eBay, lol....
59 from Steam during the last holiday sale(It was my first Steam purchase)...
I bought a couple multi-game packs which inflates that number. But the total was about $167, So it wasn't all just $5 stuff.
Proving, once again, that the best way to get people to spend too much money is to provide many low priced options rather than few high priced options.

When Circuit City had that deal over a year ago or so for all games $20 and below were 1/2 price, I bought a load of games -- 9 of them.
Here's what I bought that day:
Call of Juarez -- $5.00
Clive Barker's Jericho -- $8.50
Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts (Stand-Alone Expansion) -- $10.00
Culpa Innata -- $10.00
FEAR: Extraction Point (Expansion) -- $3.29
FEAR: Perseus Mandate (Stand-Alone Expansion) -- $10.00
Overlord -- $8.50
GTR 2 -- $2.00
Sid Meier's Railroads -- $4.12

I agree. In fact, I'd be for a much shorter, episodic type of gaming model with lower prices because I'm never going to buy a new game for $50 any more.
That was when i got my First gaming Computer
They Were:
Half Life Platinum Collection ( Goty Edition, Opposing Force C-strike and TF)
Half Life Blue Shift
Warcraft 3
Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne
C&C Generals
C&C Generals Zero Hour
Age of Empires II Gold Edition
Medal of Honour Crossfire (AA and Spearhead)
Medal of Honour Breakthrough
Original Command and Conquer
