Deus Ex: Invisible War. The first game often gets bashed (well, maybe that's too strong a word, but my tired brain can't think of a better one) for having mediocre to bad voice acting, but Invisible War is worse. Most of the lines are read, not spoken, so there is little emotion to be found. I found this to be especially noticeable with the female Alex Denton, which is odd, because Laura Bailey, the voice actress, is actually pretty good. (As a side note, I think the best performances come from actors from the original game, specifically the guy who voices the (SPOILERS) Dentons and the girl who voices Nicolette DuClare (SPOILERS END)).

Shadowgrounds. Okay, so it's a pretty low budget game and the focus is more on the (good) gameplay. But goodness gracious the voice acting is bad. It also doesn't help that the dialogue often changes in volume level without the player changing anything.
Can I mention Dandelion from The Witcher was awful? He got better in The Witcher 2, but the first was like a piece of wood reading a cue card.

Those russians were trying their best to read without mistakes.

Geralt is pretty bland and monotonous as well. Some say that he's like that deliberately because he's such a stoic and won't express emotions, but I'm still going to blame the actor. Not as bad as Dandelion though, I admit.

Easily the worst ever.
But one of the best games ever. The voice acting was so bad that it almost added to the game :D

I bought the first game because I craved something sort of like Homeworld on a Friday. By Sunday I owned all three games. Hard as hell, but great in their own way.

I just wonder what happened to the budget for the voices on the second one, since the others aren't nearly as bad.
The voice acting in

God Mode

Is quite good but

the overall "Coy" and "Androgynous" personality tone for Hades is horrible even if well acted.
For those of you who speak French, there's this:

Easily the worst I ever heard.
Has no one mentioned Silent Storm? It's a fantastic game, available here on GOG of course, but the voice acting is absolutely awful, dialogue scripting and performance.
I seem to remember, outside of 47 and Diana, that the VAs for Hitman 2 were deplorable.

Especially if German accents were involved.
To protect the loife cycle!

Oh how I love you House of the Dead series.

Something about the voice acting in the first Deus Ex really gets to me. It's not just the voice acting, though; it's the heavy compression and the incredibly wooden script. Even good voice acting can't save a bad script, and Deus Ex doesn't even have that.
Lunar Silver Star Story. My ears....

It sounds like some low production voice audio and the voices just make me cringe.

I think the ipod touch version has a better quality audio. I do know they remastered the audio and gave at LEAST the intro a re-dub. I can't put any games that had bad voice acting up because I can't think of any off the top of my head. SSTT is the Saturn game redone for a ipod touch
