I actually took the time to read the bloody thing and all the attached links and some of it is outdated or refers to functionality that doesn't exist anymore.

I have absolutely no idea what your complaint is meant to be. There's nothing wrong with the welcome thread, and I would love to see the part where it tells new members to "eat animal faeces", because (surprise!) it doesn't.

I try and control my natural tendency for sardonism on GOG, as most people don't really deserve it directed towards them on here.
