What happens if you preorder, 10 years later its due to be relesed but in 5 years time it get discontinued. Amazon get free money thats what which means this is a obvious scam by amazon.

I like Duke as much as the next guy here, but let's all return to Earth, people! Duke has gotten on the alien spaceship and will never return :(

Oh well, I have seen this on pre-order in many sites for many years... it's a classic already.

Even if it does eventually get released will it be a good game? You really cannot answer that until it is out, which is why I don't get my hopes up for any game, especially sequels!

I don't think so, 3D Realms/Apogee has proven that it hates it's customers and the franchise.
