What internet services do you have? What equipment is connected to them now?

What equipment do you have? You said you reformatted one of your computers. You didn't say which one.

What are you trying to connect, and what do you expect when these items are connected?

Being clear, accurate, and complete is essential. There is no helping you if it is not clear in your own mind.
