When I saw the title of this thread I was tempted to make an MC hammer joke, but perhaps it's best if I spare you the pain.

Weclock: Blizzard didn't get like this until after Starcraft which was released in 98, and Valve has been around since 96.

But Valve hasn't been famous for being horrible with release dates for as long as Blizzard has. >.>
(I mean honestly, I had never heard about it until now. But then again, I don't play most of what Valve releases.)

Survival Mode is HARD. 90 minutes of getting destroyed on Left 4 Dead's Last Stand level, and all I have to show for it is one lousy bronze medal. Clearly, I need to play more. :D

Yes,its hard..but i got silver medal in Last Stand.
Btw Survival mode is really entertaining. :)

Pah, I haven't even got bronze yet ;) - Tried it about 5 times, we managed to get to 1.6 seconds off the medal before the last guy got chucked off a cliff by the tank!
edit: Hurrah, got my first Silver after another hour of trying! This is dangerously addictive.

The guys I know who got gold are just... good. The guys I was playing with last night... we tried multiple times on Last Stand to try and medal and for the first hour or so, we kept getting times of like 3:55. One of the guys with me was like "Well, maybe we just suck. I'm fully willing to admit this is a possibility." None of us could really bring ourselves to disagree with him. :D
