I've been using it a couple of days ago, to preload Witcher 2.
Now it says that my email or password are incorrect, even though they are correct - I double checked it by logging in here.

I reinstalled the downloader, reinstalled Air too. Still nothing.
Suggestions?

Did you try the new AIR-less downloader?

If yes, do you have any special characters that might throw the password checker off (I've heard "=" is one that might do it, there may be others as well).

You don't need Air anymore. You probably have the old version. Try redownloading it.

Indeed it was the problem, I haven't noticed that the one in the start menu is not the new one. Sorry!...
