Double yew, tee, eff. THQ?
Rather vague information but nasty if true.
They'd better release Red Faction 3, and give out the Homeworld IP to someone that can handle it, before they bite the dust.
I think Relic actually owns homeword themselves, I seem to recall mention of them having a fight to get it back of sierra
Well, should we start taking guesses on which mega-game-corp is going to gobble them up?
Activision blizzard, I think they are the only ones left who are still making insane amounts of profit.

In that case, they should get their heads out of their asses, and make a (fully 3D environment) sequel to Homeworld.

Here's hoping they won't - they are one of the better publishers and are needed to balance out the market which is heavily influenced by the Evil Alliance and Activision Blizzard.

I have never bought a single Blizzard game. And don't intend to. So if they were the sole survivor, my days as a gamer would be pretty much over.
I think Dawn of War 2 is THQ right? It going it at number one in the sales charts might help their chances.. especially if it stays around a while. I think its selling great on steam too.
finger crossed...

Why the hate for Blizzard?
Filing chapter 11 is not the end of a company, it just gives them a reprieve from the debt collectors so that they can restructure and become profitable again. Sometimes that means the company is sold off, but more often it just means a reduction in operating scope, while the company itself remains intact.
