So does anyone remember this game? I played it as a kid and it was AWESOME. point and click puzzle solving at its best. I havent heard anyone talk about it but it should really be put on gog.

I remember The Island Of Dr. Brain, and the rest of the Dr. Brain series, which sounds like what you're talking about. Could you be mistaken about the title? Or are there two games with similar names and concepts?

Weird... The Island Of Dr. Brain is from 1992, and The Secret Island of Doctor Quandary is from 1993. I wonder if a certain degree of... inspiration, from one to the other is involved ;-)
[EDIT] Huh, "curioser and curioser," said Alice. MobyGames lists both of them as having been released in 1992.

Doesn't this game have some references to other Mecc games such as the old Muncher ones?
