This is a retarded idea, and very bad for your neck. I also suspect that the wig will get dirty and nasty very quickly (although it will surely be machine washable).

I would think that the hairs of the wig would just get in the way of those who already have headbanger hair. Maybe a strap of some sorts or a different way of placing the motion sensor on the head ? Also, I can see neck sprain and whiplash being developed because of this...

If the hair is machine washable (which it surely will be) the actual circuitry will be removable, and there you'll have your headband (although probably not a very comfortable one).

Yeah but for every up there is a down. You may have an experiential approach to surfing the net but you'd also get the experiential spam, imagine dozens of people running up to you in the street and trying to sell you viagra, domain names or offer you a "free" nintendo wii.
Sure you'd get a vastly improved feedback experience from a game but EA would install securom in your brain and when their servers go down, your brain will shut down and the only things you'll be able to do is be a reality tv contestant

@Aliasalpha - There isn't much left in my brain so if it did get shutdown, there wouldn't be much of a difference. I might drool a little more than normal but that would be about it.
