NEO Scavenger - It's a post-apocalyptic roguelike in a very dark and unforgiving setting, instead of Fallout-style deserts it's mostly wilderness and abandoned/ruined towns. The game tracks everything from your characters body temperature, wounds, thirst and hunger, exhaustion, and diseases, it's possible to die in the game from anything from Cholera from drinking un-sanitized water to hypothermia. You need to loot buildings to find whatever supplies you can to survive.
